Stayed here for a night before we hit the road to the Okanagan. The male check in staff member was so friendly, we really appreciated his candor. The room was nice, however it was super hot the day we stayed and the freezer was defrosting before we even got in there for some reason and was leaking onto the floor. We put a towel underneath and let them know but didn’t make a big deal of it as we were just there for the night really. I’ll likely stay here again in the future :) .

First room reeked of smoke, very clean and nice but the smell of smoke was too strong. They upgraded us to a suite which was great. Room was out dated but very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was just coffee, some juice and granola bars. Good enough for us, but would be nice if there was more selection.

No door hanger in room ask for NO room bed service. Apparently you have to ask for it at the front desk, which we were not told. Cleaning staff lost my earplugs case and earplugs. Front desk wouldn't do anything and the manager did not reply when contacted. Very loud air conditioning unit.

Desperately needs to be renovated! Cleaning staff needs some serious training. Stained towels, dirty walls with hair, etc. carpet was stained and I didn’t even want to take off my shoes. At least the bed sheets were clean or I would have complained and possibly left. The price is way too high for an old, run down motel like this. Until they renovate I would not go there again.
