Becoming a homeless shelter

Upset as I booked king size bed for 3 nights, a month prior to the trip, did the easy online check in that I was sent by travel lodge, upon arriving did not have what I booked extra half hour standing there. This hotel is definitely going downhill.

There was too many people loitering and drinking outside. They tried to engage in conversation and would not let go until acknowledged They weee noisy until late at night and you could hear it across rooms Parking was an extra charge which was not before

Staff was great. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean but hotel needs a face lift. Everything looks run down. Wild bunnies were under our car in the parking lot.

Price was half of what the similar hotels offered. There was no room service offered but for my 4 day stay was completely fine. My coffee maker was malfunctioning but they replaced immediately after my complain. All stuff were sincere and professional. Overoil, very happy

Airport hotel that's close enough to amenities. Lobby smells heavily of chlorine, rooms are clean enough and show plenty of signs of wear. It's a bed and it's cheap.

We didn't even stay, there was bedbug residue in the mattress, the linens were dirty and stained, there were literal bugs on the wall, wreaked of cigarette smoke, mold in windows. Staff we unfriendly and unhelpful. Refused the refund, also refused to cancel and refund the upcoming stay. When we are baxk to Canada i will be dealing with this. I have photos and videos of all of the above.
