Roseta Caramel - lakefront apartment with terrace

Location that will give you a unique experience in the heart of one of the most iconic villages on Lake Como, where you can admire fiery sunsets from the large terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment, recently renovated and carefully furnished, is located in an independent house dedicated to short term rentals. It is easily accessible by car, train from Fiumelatte station or on foot, following in 20 minutes a historic medieval path that once connected Lecco to the high lake.
Fiumelatte is known for its one of the shortest watercourses in Italy, about 250 meters long, and for its fascinating feature of flowing only from March to October, and then disappearing in the winter months. This phenomenon has aroused the curiosity of travelers and scholars, including Leonardo da Vinci, who mentioned it in his writings .
The Caramel apartment, located on the ground floor with respect to the pedestrian entrances, offers a bright living area with kitchenette and direct access to the panoramic terrace, a double bedroom and a large bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to the two single sofa beds in the living room. For larger groups, it is possible to book it together with the Créme apartment, for a total capacity of up to 8 guests.
Among the amenities available: air conditioning, flat screen TV, safe, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and private bathroom with bidet. Every detail has been carefully taken care of by the property to ensure a comfortable and refined stay.
Those arriving by car can find parking in the places available on the lake front, right in front of the house. The apartment comes with sheets and towel sets for all guests, plus a welcome kit that includes oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap and toilet paper.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
Tourist tax: 🏷️ TOURIST TAX
In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
