Beautiful outdated house in need of repair
One of the toilets did not work!!!
The fridge water and ice maker not at all functioning, iced over, and fridge door seal flapping around when used. Also there was another bathroom that was not cleaned well.
Hair from previous guest on floor.
This made me question the cleanliness of everything throughout of that bathroom and the whole house. Was anything cleaned???
We arrived Friday evening. I called about toilet Saturday morning and other things and zero answer either by email nor phone.
The office hours said 9-7 everyday so this was not an after hours situation.
By the time we checked out on Sunday, I still never got a response. This is unacceptable. Given that weekends are the high rent. There’s no way that this is acceptable to get zero answer from a management company during the peak time that they rent a place if I was the homeowner I would fire the rental management company. It’s my suspicion that they know that this toilet is broken and don’t intend to do anything about it because there’s two other toilets in the house therefore they don’t care which also is. Illegal because it’s false advertising to say that there’s three bathrooms when really they don’t intend to give you three to use. To give you a little perspective this was the bathroom upstairs for the twin bedroom. At night the only other bathroom to use was the master bathroom which you have to enter the master bedroom and interrupt those people sleeping. Or you have to go downstairs in the dark.
