It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.
Il Frantoio villa was created from the restoration of a late 16th-century olive mill, enhanced by a striking barrel vault. Through a walkable glass floor, guests can still admire the remains of the ancient cisterns once used to store olive oil, a tangible testimony to the residence’s original history.
Set over two levels, the villa is surrounded by a spacious private garden featuring a furnished solarium area, perfect for relaxing while immersed in greenery. Crossing the garden, you reach the portico furnished with table and lounge seating, a welcoming outdoor space designed to enjoy light, silence, and nature.
On the ground floor, a bright living area opens with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom, as well as a second portico overlooking the garden and olive trees.
