Devant le Portail : Un (1) seul véhicule est autorisé à stationner juste devant le portail. Attention : Ne bloquez jamais totalement l'accès au portail pour ne pas gêner les autres véhicules et les manœuvres.

Dans la Rue : Si vous avez plus de trois véhicules, veuillez vous garer correctement dans la rue, face à la maison, sans gêner la circulation ou l'accès des voisins (portails, boîtes aux lettres, etc.).

Our house is situated in a quiet environment. We ask that you be discreet, particularly after 10:00 PM. Respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood is the key to a successful stay for everyone.

Transports & Accès (Information Essentielle)
Attention : Le logement n'est pas desservi par les transports en commun. Être véhiculé est indispensable pour se déplacer et accéder à la propriété.

Les gares SNCF les plus proches sont :

Nogent-l'Artaud (environ 30 à 35 minutes en voiture)

La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (environ 35 à 40 minutes en voiture)

Château-Thierry (environ 30 à 40 minutes en voiture)

Conformément à notre règlement intérieur et aux obligations légales en vigueur, une pièce d’identité en cours de validité sera demandée pour tous les voyageurs avant l’arrivée.
De plus, une empreinte bancaire de 1000 € (non débitée) sera effectuée à titre de caution afin de garantir le bon déroulement du séjour.

Nous vous rappelons que toute fête est strictement interdite pour le respect du voisinage. À ce titre, l'établissement est équipé d'un contrôleur de décibels et d'un détecteur de fumée de cigarette qui nous alertent en temps réel en cas de non-respect. Tout déplacement des forces de l'ordre ou de la commune sera facturé 500 €.
