When we arrived after a long day of travel the front desk was pleasant and checked us in quickly and explained all information. Staff was pleasant and smiling all around. Grounds clean. Rooms clean. Room service very good. Restaurant was good with great service. We enjoyed our stay with the horses, beautiful beach, snorkeling on the right side, and peace. Our first visit but we will be back. Yes the rooms need some updating, but it mattered not.

We had an amazing time, again! This hotel is wonderful. You don't even have to leave the resort. The food at the poolside bar and grill is amazing. There are so many choices! There are activities and restaurants in all directions if you do want to venture out. The hotel staff are so helpful and nice.

Beautiful property but a little too far from Old San Juan. The one restaurant is actually pretty good and staff was nice, but it was completely outdoors with brazen birds stealing food.

The resort was beautiful, safe, and clean. The pool and beach were amazing. Having a restaurant/bar on site meant you didn’t have to leave the resort. Great place to relax for a few days. Would definitely go again.

Hotel is clean and has a great pool and beach access area. The rooms are adequate and clean. It is more of an 'apartment' feeling here as opposed to a full service hotel. There is no bar indoors, no casino, no coffee station in the common area but there is a small convenience shop by the reception area if you need to get lotion, bathing suits, sunglasses and some cheap souvenirs. There is only one dining and bar option by the pool area operated by a 3rd party but it was fairly good for food and drinks. Only thing it is in a free standing building by the pool area so I imagine on rainy days you would have to get wet if you wanted to walk over to sit and have a drink. Otherwise, the beach is beautiful, clean and expansive. Pool area is large with jacuzzi options. Would definitely come back if looking for relaxing beach/pool time.
