The views are beautiful. The surrounding area is nice. The restaurant and outdoor dining were great. Rooms need to be updated. Paint peeling off the walls. Broken shower tile. Few amenities.

I absolutely loved my stay! Every room has a beautiful ocean view, and the heated pool was a fantastic bonus. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the experience even better. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I highly recommend checking this place out—it's truly a gem!

Pros: Excellent location, peaceful ambiance and away from city crowd, nice restaurant on site with amazing sea view and great food collection, Clean heated pool, friendly staff. cons: 1. Reception never picks up call. I read many complaints regarding check-in problems after 6 pm. so on our check-in day we messaged and called this number +1-805-585-0677 many times to update them. But no one responded . Fortunately we arrived by 6 pm and the reception was open. 2. The shower space was really small , and no hot water.

Nice restaurant, nice views but that was it.

Hotel is really dated. Room had mold smell when we checked in. Room hadn't been updates since Nixon was in office. Nice views from the pool area. Restaurant was nice for dinner and nice service there. Morning breakfast buffet was meager and was never stocked after initial set up.

The property is lovely, and the grassy patio in the back by the pool was a very relaxing place to hang out. Check in was very easy, and the young man working at the desk was friendly and efficient. We found the room and the bathroom to be very clean. However, the motel is very noisy. You can hear the other guests coughing, watching TV, walking around upstairs and putting things on the floor. Not only that, the people next to us let their young child scream and cry until 11:30 pm, then we could hear them arguing. It took a long time for the motel to be quiet enough to hear the ocean.

Great location, right next to a beach. The pool was amazing. The only weird thing was we paid extra for a sea facing room but all rooms they had were sea facing. Unfortunately our rooms view was a but blocked at it was in the corner
