A living room/living room with open kitchen and access to the veranda as well as to the private garden, three bedrooms with 140 bed, a small laundry room with washing machine, a bathroom and a Separate WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker, etc.)

The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and a TV.

You will be able to access the veranda giving access to a terrace as well as to a garden of approximately 300m² where you will enjoy spending time with your family.

The house has WIFI and a secure private parking space.

We accept a small dog (less than 8kg) with respect to the rental.
The tourist tax is in addition at 1€ per night and per adult.

Two deposit checks will be requested, cleaning deposit of €150 (if cleaning not taken) and damage deposit of €1,500.
