The phone in the room didn't work. The bathroom door doesn't shut. We were never notified that they were in the middle of renovations. The walls are PAPER THIN! We only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room and it was only 1/3 of the roll.

Was told the exit closest to my room was for emergencies only, however I assume it was staff coming and going out it multiple times and were consistently very loud. Room was fairly nice and clean, however bathroom not so much and much of property out dated.

The place looked rundown and was under construction or something. Smells musky and moldy. The breakfast was sub par. The water tasted horrible like sulfur It was not what the picture online look like. Looks like the lady at the front desk was smoking weed. It smelled as soon as you walked in.

The lobby smelled like fish. The elevator felt like it was going to malfunction. Construction workers decided to replace the chair rail molding on a Sunday morning at 8am - banging hammers and ripping wood off the walls. Breakfast was included and the waffles were delicious. Not too many options in that area so we took what we could get.

Quick easy check-in, friendly staff and front desk receptionist. Our room was very clean, bed mattress was very comfortable and smelled clean. The microwave and fridge was a good addition to the room. Continental breakfast was served until 10am. Very affordable price for the area.

Walked in and walked right back out. Stains on the beds, holes in the walls, dark hallways, questionable activities in the parking lot. The whole place smelled terrible. My daughter was scared and so uncomfortable and she’s 12. When we asked to che k out and not be charged the woman at the desk was quite rude and cut me off at every word. We told our friends who also booked a room to not waste their time and we all went to the Best Western and was very pleased. Would not recommend this hotel of horrors.
