45 minutes South of Hobart. Great base for Bruny or local vineyards. 15 minutes north of Cygnet with its cafes. Or stay put with great views from the verandah or your bedroom balcony. Dog friendly beach a few hundred meters away. Swim or kayak at Pick- up beach, snorkel at Ninepin Marine reserve, walk to Charlotte's Cove or try out our wood heated hot tub with a drink and if you are really lucky an Aurora!

Please ensure security camera is ON when you leave ( switch in laundry)

Please pack away your clean dishes. Clean the BBQ if you used it. ( This is why we got rid of our gas BBQ)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We are on rain water so no laundry for stays under 4 days. Please be mindful of our rain water when showering, washing dishes and toiletting.
A house manual is provided next to the TV which gives instructions on how to heat the wood heated hot tub
