This charming, fully air-conditioned 41 sqm villa is designed to offer comfort and conviviality throughout the year.
It features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The kitchen includes a Senseo coffee machine, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, and a microwave, providing everything you need for an independent stay.
The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate, offering added convenience.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms, each fitted with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, as well as a welcoming mezzanine with a BZ sofa bed of the same size, providing additional sleeping space. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
For families with young children, a baby kit is available, including a high chair, a travel cot, and a mattress, all provided directly in the property.
Outside, you will enjoy a large private south-facing terrace, furnished with a retractable awning, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an electric plancha, perfect for making the most of the Mediterranean climate.
The villa enjoys an ideal location: it is just 500 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the main shopping street. Here, everything can be done on foot, for easy and stress-free holidays.
