I understand that it was a crisis going on where people were without power. Understand the staff may was pushed harder but I checked in a bit early. I had to change my own sheets even though she said he just cleaned the one. My sheets had hair and stains on them. I stayed here one time before and it wasn’t bad. I give it a 6 out of 10. Staff was good at check in.

Staff was absolutely amazing. (Front desk) Room was just okay. Reserved the superior instead of deluxe and was pretty disappointed. Windows were cracked and had bullet holes. Could hear everything. Was definitely not the cleanest, although the hallway and front desk area smelt very nice. Towels were stained brown and toilet was not bolted down. We did not stay for breakfast. This place definitely needs a makeover. You get what you pay for.

The property has people outside smoking weed and drinking, the room was disgusting and had blood on the floor, stains on the comforter and sheets and the bathroom floor was disgusting. We did not stay and I am working to get a refund because it was very dirty and felt incredibly unsafe

Awful Experience

My family stayed here for one night and would not recommend it. The facilities are obviously falling apart and are not being maintained. The parking lot and hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor. Most alarmingly, the locks on the exterior doors were broken, and the staff had them propped open with a stick, which felt very insecure. We had to be moved to several rooms before finally being placed in one that was available. The breakfast was terrible; there were no plates or bowls, and the waffle maker had no batter. This hotel leaves much to be desired.
