Property was old but looked like it had been recently renovated. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was super comfortable! The manager though, when we checked in could have used a lesson in customer service (basic "hi, welcome to x, breakfast is at x time, the wifi passcode is x"). She was there again in the morning and it was not enjoyable to deal with her although she did take care of my billing issue- I think. Breakfast was sadly lacking in the basics (no Splenda/Equal/Stevia- just cane sugar and SweetnLow, missing butter and jam for the biscuits & toast). The eggs were the pre-frozen yellow patties, along with sausage patties and biscuits. There were 2 waffle makers (beware- waffles tasted like 2 parts stryofoam, 1 part waffle), toast and bagels and some muffins. 2 different cereals, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Oh, and coffee, oj and apple juice. Hardly worth the "free" breakfast advertising.

Very nice stay

The first room I was given was ice but the smoke alarm was chirping and needed a new battery. I guess they didn't have a maintenance person there at that time so they offered me a different room. The room was clean ,quiet and comfortable. The TV worked, there were many cable channels but no Netflix or HULU. The bathroom was clean and remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was ok, there were English muffins or toast, yogurt, eggs, some cold cereal and oatmeal packets. You could also make waffles which were very good.

No frills stay, convenient only

Interior needs repair and upgrades. Comfy beds but no frills - only 2 towels, no hand towels or washcloths or bath rug. Wont make this choice again.

Got into the room and there was mutiple roaches. In addition to the live ones there was a dead 1 in the fridge, what looked like boogers on the wall, and the provided shampoo and body wash bottles were all dirty. We could not even stay. We checked out and are awaiting a refund.

I stayed on 3rd floor, the Mold & Musky smell was Very Strong. They would spray a perfume smell every morning but when you you come in in the afternoon & get off the elevator the smell would knock you down.

The first room smelled musky, so asked for a different one, the hallway smelt musky all the time. Breakfast fine with the exception you couldn't take food to your room. Did not understand why, people are bringing lunch and dinner to their rooms.

For the price I paid i would’ve expected for the room to be in better condition. Had couple unfinished patches in the wall restroom door had a hole. Paint was discolored and you could see the screw holes. Smelt a little like mildew. Looked like mold was coming in, Tv wouldn’t work.
