This charming one bedroom carriage home is newly built and can accommodate short or longer term stays. The carriage home is situated behind the main house and has a private entrance. The home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and close to all major amenities and bus routes; 10 minutes away from downtown Victoria. The suite has modern finishings and an open concept layout that is similar to a micro-condo. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and patio area during their stay.

The bedroom has a queen bed and closet space to accommodate longer term stays.

The kitchen is equipped to prepare basic meals and guests can enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee.

There is a built in folding table in the kitchen that can be used as an eating area or a designated work space.

There is a tub/shower combo in the bathroom and guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and enjoy the patio area.

There is a washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent for guests to use during their stay.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

The carriage home is located behind the main house.

The carriage home is managed by a vacation home property management company. Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team.

No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside the suite, on the property, or on the street.
