My stay was overall wonderful! The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and everything was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the amenities were great. However, we stayed on the third floor, and there was a noticeable noise coming from above—possibly washers or dryers—which was quite disturbing at times. Other than that, it was a great experience. I’d recommend it, but lighter sleepers may want to request a quieter room.

Value for money

This was by far the best hotel stay I've had in BC. The service was exceptional, and the valet was super convenient. Room service was top-notch. I used to think BC hotels were subpar compared to those at similar prices in Ontario or around the world, but this hotel completely changed my perspective. I had a great time during my two-day trip.

We stayed here for the first time and enjoyed our experience. The hotel entry was very bright and inviting. Staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was easy and our room was very clean. We liked that the location was very walkable to everything we wanted to see in downtown Victoria. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Vista 18 rooftop restaurant with amazing views of Victoria. We will definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We had arrived in Victoria early morning due to a road closure that was to happen day of check in. and knew check in was not going to be possible right away. Front desk said we could park our vehicle and pre check in which would put our room top priority and they would text when the room was ready. 230 pm i called and it still was not ready, we walked back to the hotel and by 3 many people were checking in. So we checked if it was ready yet (because we see many others checking in) and we were able to check in. No text or anything. Was a little frustrating, also we had a standard room with two beds and it was not cleaned properly, there was hair and a hand sanitizer under the bathroom sink which was not ours.
