Located in the Victoria Harbour area, the hotel is within walking distance of most popular attractions, shopping and dinning. Parking was within steps of the lobby. The 18th floor restaurant was both romantic and convenient for breakfast and dinner. Room was updated and comfortable.

We had an amazing experience here from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and super comfortable — big thanks to the cleaning staff for keeping everything so fresh and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the shuttle service was such a bonus — it made getting around so convenient. Honestly, every part of our stay was excellent. We felt really well taken care of and will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Victoria!

This hotel is in a great location and well priced compared to other options. We walked to the waterfront and great restaurants in the area. Our kids enjoyed the pool, but it is too deep for small kids to play in safely. Even the shallowest end of the pool is 3.5 ft and quickly gets deeper, to 7.5 ft at the other end. My 5-year old daughter could not touch the bottom so she could not play in the pool without constant parental contact. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. The complete Lego recreation of the hotel in the lobby is a really fun touch!
