Loved our room! 15th floor corner suite with balcony. And they offer daily housekeeping, unlike many others these days. Hotel is great. Restaurant on 18th floor has great views. But the food quality could be updated to match the rest of the property.

Very nice and spaceous room. Comfortable sleep and balcony made our stay pleasant. Toilet paper situation is kind of strange but it is manageable. Great location and amenities. Will stay there again.

The hotel lumps all of their suites in one category, even though they have different bed configurations. When we got there, everything was sold out so we were stuck with the room they assigned us—one King bed and a couch hide-a-bed. I thought I had booked two real beds. The manager on duty acted like it was my fault. It was definitely false advertising. Will not stay there again.

Good location, easily walkable to main city attractions. Good parking with friendly staff. However rooms had attempted to be modernised but lacked finesse. Air con unit was a stabd alone ubit and noisy meaning it couldn't be used overnight. Electrics blew when trying to run the kettle and coffee machine. Restaurant, Vista 18 had great views and an excellent happy hour offering.
