Unhappy with management staff. Failed to inform us prior to arrival there was a union staff strike. Even at the front desk we were not openly informed. They should have offered us a discount on our stay- no housekeeping/restaurant or shuttle. It was over $600 a night and absolutely not worth it. I am expecting some compensation for this.

Thank you for what you were able to do considering the circumstances. The strike didn’t help things. The vending machines downstairs were out of action, one was sold out and the other had card services disabled. The restaurant was closed. And there was no available room services or house keeping.

My stay at the Coast was incredible. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely rebook.

Not worth the price. Was charged for parking at a HIGHER rate than if I’d just paid in the lot, everything was slightly substandard, water fill stations didn’t work, elevator broken so it took ten minutes if you didn’t want to go up the stairs, room key card didn’t work half the time. Staff went on strike the day we left which made it even more odd and awkward. Would NOT recommend nor stay again - for that price there are dozens of better places that will not nickle and dime you.

None of the towels were replaced in our room and the dirty towels were just refolded and put back on the rack, first place I’ve been where this has happened. Aside from that it was a good stay

Beautiful property. Our room had a view of the harbour. Although there was a shortage of wait staff, the staff were friendly hardworking and did their best to keep everyone happy. The inside and outside bar were favourite stops before bed after we explored all day. There is some smart technology on the toilets which is great ( we have one at home that is a step up but this was refreshing to see as more environmentally friendly).

A 1st class hotel with a awesome large patio on the water side. Great restaurants within short walking distance. Come by boat, lots of dock space while I was there. Great swimming pool and landscaping. Awesome staff that make you feel like family.. Great secure parking. Water taxi’s and tours are all at the pier..
