End of Cul-de-Sac. above us is 100's of acres of treed land. We're only just over a year old, dedicated parking, gas stove, soaker tub, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Queen & Double bed. Bedroom & living room have TV's. NetFlix, Disney+ & Prime Video & DisneyPlus - Extensive cable package - Covered patio, BBQ, private entrance. High Speed WiFi - free 240 volt electric car charger. Upstairs fully carpeted with sound insulation.

Near Happy Valley rd, an 8 min drive to Langford. 25 min to Victoria. Hourly busses. A car is recommended.

The space:

There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a view of our flower beds. A bathroom with a soaker bathtub and great shower head. A chef's' kitchen with a gas stove, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher. There's an island cutting board. A comfortable couch that expands into a double bed. There is a 50 inch TV in the living room and a 40 inch TV in the bedroom. We have a baby's crib.

Guest access

You have full access to the back yard: it is small, private and quite beautiful. We have a picnic table and small pond and 12 foot waterfall. There is a side garden and you're invited to eat a couple cherry tomatoes if they're ripe. You have full access to the washer and dryer. We are the last house in a cul-de-sac, there is only space for one car, but more parking close by.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Luxton Park. Laundry facilities are available. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a patio.

The host was extremely welcoming. Even helped us scrape the frost off our car window in the morning. He went above and beyond. He was quick to respond to messages. Amenities were many - the place is stocked with everything you could need. Everything is in working order and comfortable (bed and couch too). The place was warm and cosy in January.The back yard was so beautiful. We both truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best VRBO hosts we’ve ever had! The space is absolutely wonderful, the garden is breathtaking, we had everything we needed for our family getaway to the south of the island. This property was perfect for us! Great location, there were lots of beaches and hiking options not too far away. The suite was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities we required. The private garden was a great spot to sit and relax with a cold beverage and our hosts made sure to let us know they were available if we were in need of anything else.This was the perfect spit for our weekend away on the Island! My family and I stayed for one month, and I have to say, it was one of the best places we've stayed at! From the moment we checked in, right to our very last day, Ryefield and his wife Mayuko made us feel completely at home! They were super attentive to any of our needs, offered us full use of their gorgeous backyard, and were an absolute pleasure to chat with when our paths crossed now and again. They are both very passionate about gardening, and their hard work is evident while relaxing on the back porch and enjoying the very serene view in their yard. The unit has everything needed for a home away from home, and very comfortable and cozy. I would absolutely return for a stay here again if I'm the area, and would highly recommend to anyone!
