Welcome to our newly renovated two-bedroom suite on the ground floor of a two-story house, with a private entrance, private bathroom, and in-suite washer & dryer. Just a 6-minute drive to UVIC. Public transit within 200m and free street parking available(Not assume liability for any damage or loss).

Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, desk, and brand new ergonomic swivel chair, ensuring you have comfort and functionality.

The modern bathroom with a hair dryer and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer) provide all the essentials for your stay. Please note: there is no separate living room, sofa, or TV (see photos). Cookware and tableware are also as shown.

The house is equipped with a central heat pump system, ensuring year-round comfort with both cooling in summer and heating in winter.

We welcome small, well-behaved pets! Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, our suite offers all the comfort and amenities you need to make your trip to Victoria enjoyable.

Nice location in Victoria

Very nice property in a very pleasant neighborhood. Both bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Lots of light. Access was very easy. Lighting on the property (eg: walkway, driveway, night lights ) was excellent. Bathroom was great - shower had great water pressure and was very clean (the whole place was clean). Owner was very responsive. Just a couple of notes - there is no TV and no lounging area (kitchen only). We suggested to the owners that they get an iron and ironing board, and increase the variety of pots and pans - just to make cooking a little easier. You also have to contact the owners to control the heating. Relatively minor inconveniences. Would definitely return.

University Graduation

We stayed in this lovely suite close to UVIC for my daughter’s graduation convocation. Jane the host was very clear & precise with instructions for the suite. It was very clean, open & bright with a lovely yard & patio. Beds were very comfortable as well

Perfect location and stay

If you want to be close to UVic to visit friends this is the perfect stay. It is very clean, with two bedrooms and comfortable beds, plus the communication with the host was great! 100% would recommend!

Clean, functional, easy drive to shopping & tourist sites

Nice suburban neighborhood, walking distance to beach access, bus stops and good coffee shop. Easy drive to Mt. Douglas Park with great hiking trails. Clean facility with comfortable beds and excellent shower, good washer and dryer. Kitchen supplies were limited – 1 pot, 1 pan, no mixing bowls. Instructions about recycling (i.e., what could be recycled and how the container system worked) and guidance for checkout would have been useful. Although space is limited, it would have been nice to have a larger dining room table and/or comfortable chairs to relax in at the end of the day.

Short Stay

My son and I stayed for a rowing weekend at Elk Lake. IT was a short 10 minute drive and very direct. The unit was quiet and very clean upon arrival. Owner was very responsive to our needs. The beds were comfortable and the in unit washer and dryer were a plus.

Jane is a great host

We had a great experience at the suite, it’s very big and Jane was always friendly and helpful. The suite is remodeled and everything works perfectly. It’s very nice and spacious. If I had had the heating control would be perfect.
