This hotel is nice enough but it is back from the harbour and it didn’t even feel like we were close to the water. There was construction of a new, very large, building going on where we might have gotten a glimpse of the harbour from our window. If you just want a pretty nice place to stay in Victoria it is fine,

Great location good people very friendly staff. The dinner options are not that great. Need a better menu. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and in the past the dinner menu was better.

I think one of the maids must have been in my room and drinking a beverage. I left Saturday night to go out with friends and had an open beverage in the fridge with one sip taken out of it. I put it in the fridge on the door before I left. When I got back that night the beer was on the beside table and half drank. I will never stay there again! I dumped the beer and slept very uneasy that night.
