We were upgraded upon arrival so our experience was much more than expected. Great room. Huge room with great views. Very quiet. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Would recommend this hotel if visiting Victoria.

Our stay at the Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites was absolutely wonderful. The location could not be better—right on the Inner Harbour, with stunning views of the water and easy walking access to downtown Victoria’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt more like a home than a hotel room. Waking up to the harbour view each morning was unforgettable. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. Every interaction was met with kindness and efficiency. Parking was convenient. Overall, the Victoria Regent combines comfort, elegance, and unbeatable location. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria and will definitely return for another stay.

Great location!

We have stayed one other time and we really enjoyed it. This was a birthday celebration. We enjoyed the room with a comfortable king bed. The products provided in the bathroom scented with lavender, citrus and rosemary were appreciated! The staff were all very friendly. The room was clean and had the best absorbent towels ever! Highly recommend it! A little costly but you can see the difference!
