Great hotel! The underground parkade was a nice bonus. The area was nice, seemed safe for the most part, they did lock the front door after 9pm just in case and to access any areas of the hotel (parkade and furthermore, the elevator out of the parkade) you needed to tap your room key for added security. We had a partial harbour view and the rooms are huge! Beautiful view from the living room, but the bedroom windows stayed covered in blinds. There was an old building directly outside that looked kind of creepy and abandoned. Staff were average. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad to report. I was offered an upgrade to a harbour view suite when I first checked in for an extra 100/night and after refusing that, the person at the front desk offered a partial harbour view. My wife and I were tired, and I couldn't think straight so I refused both offers. His reply was "not even to the partial harbour view, it's only an extra 40/night" I don't regret taking the upgrade, but some may have found it a bit pushy. Overall. I would stay here again. We had fun! Beautiful area. Beautiful city beautiful hotel.

Regent Waterfront Victoria is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in Victoria. It is located right on the waterfront in the Inner Harbour and the views from our suite were remarkable. The hotel doesn't have amenities like a restaurant but it is situated within walking distance of a number of interesting places to eat. It is located right in the heart of Victoria, close to shipping; the Inner Harbour and the Parliament Buildings. It will be our first choice the next time we stay in Victoria.

Right on the harbor, walking distance to just about anything you could name, the Empress, Chinatown, the Harbir Walk, the shops on Government Street. Very Comfortable suite, convenient, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Balcony was amazing, the view at night mesmerizing. View was fantastic, even a visiting seagull, who we refrained from feeding, much to his disappointment. Beds were very comfortable and the floor to ceiling windows fantastic. Really one of our best stays in. Victoria. Thank you!
