Staff was great. Friendly and courteous. The room is where the issue was. Every time the heater turned on, it sounded like a plastic bag was stuck in it so I would wake up every time it turned on. Didn’t get much sleep. I don’t think I will stay here again, because the last time I stayed (back in October 2025) it was the same issue. Every time the unit turned on, it sounded like someone was hitting it. Disappointed.
