The property is in a very good locale but the interiors show age. Some switches in the room I got were nearly broke and I tried to make the room cold for me to sleep but it never became cold enough. Nothing is deal breaking though.

I was placed in a crappy room with a very loud HVAC system. That is my only complaint. Everything else was fine. I was only there for one nite. Thought I could have been given a better room considering the price I paid.

The quick call buttons on room phones were deactivated for some reason. The pillows are flimsy and not conducive for restful sleep. The room fridge made a groaning sound until we turned it off and on again. Our most favorite property in Tysons is showing it’s age.

1 king room had a seperate tv/ wet bar room as you walk in. Then the bathroom then the bedroom. Free breakfast with lots if great choices and 2 free bar drinks at happy hour. Parking was easy.

This is my family favorite little getaway. This is my 4th staying at the Embassy. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. My children loves it. The maintenance people always responds to any situation quickly. And lastly a big shootout to Diana who works at the front desk!!! Great customer service.

There were plenty of breakfast choices at breakfast. I had French toast and sausage and it was all delicious. One kind of bizarre thing that happened at breakfast was that an employee assigned to clean the dining area tossed out my medications when she took my dirty plate, (I was gone for a couple of minutes to get juice to take with my 4 large colorful pills, and when I returned, my meds were gone. I made it obvious that they were not to be taken by keeping them visible and separate from the plate! Not cool!) The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly at check-in and check-out. I only interacted with one other staff member and that was at breakfast. She just kind of “grunted” at me. She appeared TIRED. The room was just ok. The bathroom was roomy and it was clean. But the main room was dark in the day (small window) and at night (a few lamps you had to turn on manually-even though wall switches existed?) The furnace was LOUD and the vent fan blew hard and right in my face when I was in bed. The room coffee station was gross! The sugar packets were brick solid/old. And the half-n-half was curdled/old! I’ve stayed in this very hotel a number of times and it has always been so nice. I’m not sure I would return to this Embassy Suites again.
