My room felt like a cozy apartment I really enjoyed my stay only thing I would complain is the complimentary toiletries there was no shampoo three bottles of conditioner and one lotion so I couldn’t wash my hair. And the blanket is thin I like thicker blankets heavier to sleep

Bath tub seal did not work so you couldn’t take a bath. Very strict about leaving time with certain times costing extra hour by hour. Noisy at night. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were essentially flat. We won’t be back.

Great price but need to work on basics

there was no heat in the room; I am sure the thermostat motion detector was not working correctly but I did not have the time to pursue; I slept with 3 blankets on me and work up to 60 degrees; it is a good price and no major cleanliness issues but very worn and two small holes in the wall of my room

The property is not unreasonably priced, however the room was not in great shape and there is a security deposit. There were stains on the floor, walls, the tubs and sinks were dirty, there was stains on the towels and sheets. The door to the bathroom upstairs was broken and could not be locked. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The staff was very nice, and friendly.

I've had worse, and I've had better

Next time I come to Tysons Corner I will find another place to stay. I could feel the innards of the mattress, the pillows were lumpy, given a minimal amount of towels (1 hand, 1 wash, 2 bath), the door got stuck so that I thought my key wasn't working. The sheer curtain was missing so that if anyone decided to peep into my room, they could watch me sleeping in bed. So creepy. The only thing that saved it for me was honestly the staff. Because my key didn't work TWICE (and they only give you one), I did get to talk with the staff a couple times. I dealt with two people: a mom with bangs and hand tattoos, and a gentleman with a beard and I think a chain around a blue turtleneck. They were both very nice and patient, they're doing a great job.

DON'T....Broken bed, smelled, dirty, broken everything, then put us in a another room, couldn't get in. After 2 hours trying to deal with this, we left. Totally unacceptable!!!!

The people behind the desk, both inbound and out, were perect customer service people. If I had a business that needed excellent customer service folks, I'd try to hire them away. One minor problem was the electronic lock on our room door. I inserted the card, the green light came on, but the door wouldn't open. Second try, the light was red. Third try, no light, Fourth try, green light and the door opened. It happened each time we used the key card.
