This vacation rental is a 3-room apartment of 42 m2 situated on the 5th floor with a north-facing position, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and is thoughtfully arranged to offer comfortable sleeping arrangements across its spaces. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 1 x 130 cm with a length of 190 cm, providing a welcoming and versatile space for relaxation and meals. A small room is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 1 x 140 cm with a length of 190 cm. An additional small room, located without a window, contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a warm and elegant touch, and the north-facing orientation offers views of the mountains and the valley.
