The residence is equipped with a common swimming pool and tennis court for residents (fee required). The beach offers bar service and umbrella and boat rentals. The house has air conditioning, washing machine and satellite TV.

There is also the possibility of renting an American coffee machine, electric kettle, and upon request it is possible to arrange babysitting and mid-week cleaning for a fee.
