I’ve stayed here multiple times and this time was totally opposite of my normal day to start with the room had holes in the ceiling. It looked like a flood had been in there. It smelled. I literally sprayed a bunch of deodorizer spray to try and take the smell out of it. There was stuff on the floor, where it looked like it hadn’t been clean properly., the morning of checkout I had to do not disturb sign on there and at 8:15 there was people beating on the door that wanted to come in and clean the room and I don’t understand it either they could not read or they’re just rude ass people I think complain to the front desk and the gentleman said he was very sorry for the inconvenience Then the breakfast was really limited and they have a guy and I understand that they help people with jobs, but he was dumping the food out of these big trays and it just looks so unprofessional and all they didn’t have much of a variety but like I said this is the very first time I’ve ever had a problem, but it just seemed like it went downhill since my last visit.

Our visit here was terrible. We got into the first room they gave us and there was hair in the bed and food in the refrigerator. So they gave us another room. The second room had a broken door handle, which I fixed as best I could without tools. The door doesn't close tight and there is a massive gap at the bottom so you hear everything going on in the hallway. One of the towels was filthy. The pillows they use here are unusually small and insufficient. The room has literally the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. The sheets and bedspread were all wrinkled. They wash and never fold them, they just roll them up and then put them on the bed. Is that a thing now? I don't know. The bed was uncomfortable as well At least there's breakfast, right? They have the regular powdered eggs and sausage they serve at all hotels. The sausage were actually really good. They have waffles that are premade and have to be put in a toaster that are absolutely disgusting. They didn't have the typical waffle maker thing which is always amazing. And that's it for hot breakfast. They also had lukewarm coffee but no napkins. The entire visit felt like we were being watched and nickel and dimed. There is a card in the room saying they inventory all the items in the room and what they will charge you if you take something (see picture). At breakfast there are signs threatening to verify your guest status if they see you eating there. And, of course, the locked up milk and creamer. Oh, and t

Front desk was exceptionally amazing! I had a late check in and Jessica was so hospitable and made sure I was settled and made sure I could contact the front desk for anything. Was greeted so kind every time I walked by reception area.. would definitely stay again!!!
