I called to ask about an early check in and the lady said she would call back. I waited for her call and my phone never rang. I then went and waited in the lobby. I asked the check in lady again to see if the room was ready. She said I would love to get you in and the room is almost ready so I’ll call you when it is. Again, my phone never rang. Then at 3:40 I decided to just try checking in and the room was ready. The staff lied about the fact they were going to call to get me checked in early. Then when I do check in (different lady) she told me the complimentary breakfast is 6:30-10:00. I go down around 7:00 only to find out that was another fib.

The hotel was doing renovations but loud noise from morning until 5/6 pm. It was not a relax and quiet stay. I worked during the day from the lobby and my car instead of my room.
