Hyatt place needs to upgrade customer service

Only hotel on strip that didn’t have the pool open. Second trip here this happened. Room wasn’t ready until 4:20 check in is at 4:00. No luggage carriers were available. Front desk could care less. Hotel manager needs to fired.

Great place to get an ocean view

recently, I stated at a hotel down the street of an equal value name, and it wasn’t anything like this day. My hotel room with the balcony was amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable modern amenities. The shower work great the only thing I could say is the hotel seemed a little understaffed at times wasn’t no biggie.
