loved this hotel! The room had an amazing beach and ocean view, and everything was very clean. I also appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made my stay even better. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to staying here again.

My only issue from my stay is the asking price and the experience with the breakfast buffet. The valet parking? Excellent and unexpected. Never experienced that before. Super convenient. Staff? Friendly and welcoming Room? Looks just as good as the pictures. Beautiful view overlooking the city. Right on the beach and walking distance to many places. Then there's the breakfast buffet... maybe I caught them on a bad day but after eating and checking out my guts didnt feel right. Not sick, just uncomfortable and gassy. Later that night and the next day were frequent trips to #2. Only thing out I consumed out of the ordinary was their breakfast. My advice? Stay away from the powdered eggs. They were tasty and reminded my of the dining faculty but I definitely paid the price. Stale, soggy eggo waffles. For what they're charging there should be a chef there making everything fresh.

We have stayed in numerous hotels each year along the beach, we gave the Hyatt a chance and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment especially considering the price they charge is on the higher end. The pools were extremely small, the “bar” did not even have a bartender, it was whoever was at the front desk at the time, I was charged 18 dollars for a cocktail that a woman who had no clue what she was doing ,reading out of a book on how to make the drink, needless to say it was horrible! Ordered a simple sandwich and that took 45 mins to receive. This hotel had absolutely no amenities other hotels in the area offer, no restaurant, no bar, the prices were insanely over priced. I had really high hopes for this hotel for my family and it was just regret! It’s an over price over rated hotel! You will have a better time especially with family at many other places and for a fraction of the price,there’s absolutely nothing special about this hotel, very basic and boring
