No frills beach hotel in prime location for Virginia Beach. Nothing fancy and can use a facelift but clean and affordable option. Staff was very pleasant, alert to your presence at front desk and promptly answer phone calls to front desk, very helpful and try to accommodate as is reasonable. Walls, doors, windows are on thin side and can hear people in halls, on neighboring balconies, birds in the morning and the AFB jets flying overhead. Oceanfront view is wonderful and proximity/access to beach behind hotel is big winner when choosing where to stay. Definitely recommend if not expecting white glove service and prefer affordability. For the price we paid, location and service couldn’t be beat.

Don’t stay here

If you like smelling marijuana in the elevator and hallway on your floor this is your place. Even though it’s posted throughout the hotel No Smoking it reeked of pot The noise level from other rooms was over the top. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Virginia Beach. Do some better research than I did. Very, very disappointed in this hotel. Paul C

Best customer service

At first i was upset about the a.c not working, but as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk they actually had someone on spot put in a whole new unit in under 20mins. The staff is super friendly and the nigh staff is even kooler! The pool was pretty big and had a handicap accessible chair to help you in and out the pool. Always have coffe at the front and oj! The handicap room was very nice and the shower and toilet were even better for anyone with disabilities or broken bones! Definitely will book again in the future
