If you want a fun-filled, relaxing, comfortable place to spend time with family and friends, this is the one! This home offers a private pool, a dock with an access ladder, an outdoor fireplace, a covered wet bar, and multiple decks - including a crows nest deck with amazing views of the ocean and Back Bay.

Beach Be With You will be your new favorite vacation home, offering something for everyone to do, places to get away, close proximity to the beach, access to the bay, and both covered and uncovered decks. Your stay begins on the bottom floor, where you'll find a den with a TV, a kitchenette (with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, cabinets, and counter seating), and three bedrooms - all with TVs. A full bathroom services this floor and the yard.

The middle level is home to a centrally located living area with a large TV, a game room with an arcade machine and board games, and two bedrooms on each side - all with TVs as well. There are two full bathrooms and a half-bath for convenient access.

The upper level is open and bright, offering an eat-in kitchen with counter seating and two dining areas. The great room features comfortable sofas, a TV, and a hall bathroom. The spacious primary suite - with a private bathroom and a garden tub - offers deck access overlooking the backyard and the bay.

The hidden gem of this home is the amazing backyard, where you'll find an in-ground pool surrounded by decks, covered picnic areas, a bar with seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a dock with ladder access to the bay, and a basketball setup. Additional amenities include cornhole, outdoor foosball, a gas grill, free WiFi, and one of the highest rooftop decks in Sandbridge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
