They probably was great. The staff was outstanding and the facilities were exceptionally clean. You were able to walk to the beach or walk to nearby restaurants. Everything was very convenient within walking distance. Parking was very convenient. It was directly across the hotel. Great stay look forward to doing it again.

The property was lovely, and our room was just as depicted in the pictures. However, there were a few instances when reaching the front desk was challenging, which made me suspect that they were understaffed. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still consider staying at this beautiful hotel again.

Kudos to overworked bartender that got us dessert. Not so nice at breakfast time when waitress pretty much did nothing beyond taking order and delivering same. Note, when you get coffee don’t make the customer ask for sugar or cream, and when you bring it, maybe bring a spoon too. And don’t get me started on the $189 echannel retail upcharge. Outrageous. I expect to get more from the Sheraton, not give more.
