You can get anywhere you want to go from this location. If it's not within walking distance the trolley or the bus stop is. Their downstairs coffee machine is fantastic and their front desk personnel was top notch.

An improvement would be to install a third elevator in the tower. There were times we had to wait for the elevator longer than we should have, which could be improved with an additional elevator. Also, it would be fabulous to have a door that allows guests to exit the back of the hotel without having to go through the restaurant. This would make access more convenient for everyone.

Horrible.

To begin with, when we got into the room there was a blood stain on the bed so they told us to grab the contaminated comforter and bring it downstairs so they could exchange it... obviously we did not do that.. so they had us change rooms. You have to exchange your own linen everyday- along with take your own trash out. Rooms smelled musty. Only good thing about this place is oceanfront and the pool. Waste of money for four days. Never again.

Very nice stay

When we arrived, check-in went very smooth. We got to our room and could tell something wasn't right. They had just shampooed the rugs and there was water all over the floor. We could the desk and they quickly moved us to another room. The next room was very nice and clean. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant. It was very good. Normally we stay at hotels that have some sort of breakfast, this hotel does not. But we knew that. The pool and sauna were very nice. The hot tub while hot did not have the jets working. All in all, it was a very nice stay and would stay there again. It is a time share but we were never 'hassled' to purchase.

Nothing is wrong or bad this is the greatest hotel we have been in. Staff is so caring. They all are very helpful. Jo Hanna was so great she really knows the area and the best restaurants.It is very clean

It looks like they have started to remodel just need to finish .. pool and jacuzzi. Was nice but the jets on the jacuzzi didn't work

Great location, friendly staff. Units are a little outdated, but clean. More of a timeshare than a hotel, so need to clean up after yourselves. Trash, dishes etc. Nice pool area and laid back bar/restaurant on site. Overall Had a great time.
