Here you will find an older building in Virserum built at the end of the 19th century, where much of the older charm has been preserved. The building is in a rural location and is surrounded by several farms with grazing cows and sheep. Walking distance to the beautiful lake Hultemaren.
The living room is furnished with a spacious sofa group, a sofa bed and a wood-burning stove that can be lit in colder weather. The kitchen is a real farm kitchen, large and spacious and equipped with stove, fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Via the kitchen entrance you reach the covered patio at the back, which is furnished with an outdoor group and barbecue. Here you can sit and look out over the landscape while you sit and eat. Next to the kitchen you will find the dining room. The bathroom has a toilet and shower and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms where the larger one has two single beds and the other two bunk beds.

The house is well located for day trips, for example Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, Glasriket and Målilla moose park and Virum moose park. In Virserum, which is only 5 minutes away, you will find grocery stores, a municipal swimming area with a sandy beach, several restaurants, as well as Sweden's only telephone museum and an art gallery.
