Odd location for a hotel, nothing nearby, no sidewalks and fast vehicles on roadway. Loud, almost like there was no staff onsite. No cleaning of washrooms and no towels provided.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I stayed here three days and found this place to be oneof the worst lodgings in my time staying in 60 plus countries. Dirty, communal bathrooms and toliets, bad vibes, no check in service between 10-6:30 and terrible location all contributed to a horrible experience!
I would ask that Expedia delist this place from options available to protect customers from bad experiences
Hotels.com need to supply a code for self check in
After travelling for hours on New Year's day, I just wanted somewhere to rest my head after a long drive. Arriving at midnight, a key code is required for check in (which is supposed to be sent via email, but wasn't). Long story short 20 minutes standing in the dark and cold, managed to get checked in. I particularly liked the paper thing walls - the good rodgering dished out to the lady of the night (in the room next door) was nothing short of amazing. Well done sir. I also liked the modern sink shaped toilet in the room (complete with yellow stains). I'd stay again if I was in the same situation. Served a purpose.
This is not a hotel. Do not book again. They don’t answer the email. Is a scam. My money was taken and the hotel never answer my emails as it doesn’t exist. Totally unprofessional, was scary to go to that hotel or house whatever it is, if it exists.
J'ai demandé plusieurs jours avant le sejour sur le site d'hotel.com les modalités pour une arrivée tardive et n'ai eu aucune réponse. Les modalités sur le site ne fonctionnait pas.
Nous sommes arrivé a 1h00 du matin et impossible de prendre la chambre sur la borne car le numéro de réservation confirmé par hôtel.com ne fonctionnait pas !
J'ai dû appeler le service d'urgence d'Accor et après plusieurs tentatives j'ai enfin eu qq au tel qui a appelé le veilleur de nuit qui nous a ouvert et donné une chambre vers 2h00 du matin...
En conclusion c'est une très mauvaise expérience surtout pour les dysfonctionnement rencontrés pour ka réservation sur hotel.com
Vuile kamer , badkamer en toiletten . Beperkte ontbijt ( geen ontbijt). Geen handdoeken voorzien , geen zeep of shampoo in badkamer, geen toiletpapier etc .
Niet aangeraden om te gaan.
