Villa Lodovico - Independent farmhouse with pool

VILLA LODOVICO - ROME AREA

Located on the outskirts of Rome, Villa Lodovico is an independent farmhouse with private pool suited for 22 people. The area offer many activities with the villa one hour from the sea side and Viterbo and Tuscania just a short drive away.

Villa Lodovico is set over three different levels.

First level: You will find a single room with double bed and shower, one double room with shower and a studio with kitchenette, one double bed with one double sofabed, TV, library and a bathroom with shower.

Second floor: You will find a one bedroom apartment with two entrances (one of them is from outside). The apartment consists of a living room with two single beds, a kitchenette, one double room and one bathroom with shower. There is a spacious veranda with sitting area furnished with table and chairs.

On the same floor there are a further four double rooms (each can accommodate an extra single bed on request), one living room with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi internet.

Third floor: You will find a living room with wood burning stove, a disabled toilet and a veranda. The veranda has its own balcony and is furnished with sofas and tables. There is a double room with the possibility to add a single bed, one bathroom with shower and another single room with shower. You will also find a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine. You will also find a porch with sofas and armchairs.

Air conditioning is available on ground floor, first floor and second floor bedrooms.

Top floor: There is a roof garden featuring with table and chairs, outdoor kitchen and BBQ. There is also another double room.

The external area consists of a well maintained garden and lawn area partly fenced. The swimming pool (6m x 12m) has a decking area with sun loungers.

For properties that have pools: Pools are open between June and September unless specified otherwise in our description. For dates outside this period, please enquire.
