Villa Col di Luna@ProseccoHills

Villa Col di Luna is a Venetian Villa built between 1883 and 1889 as a summer holiday residence for a couple of Venetian nobles and it's located on the top of a hill near the exit of the A27 motorway and extends along the UNESCO area of the Prosecco Hills.

In the past, the entire ground floor of the building, which features characteristic brick barrel-vaulted ceilings, was occupied by the vast kitchens, pantries and cellar.

The building was completely renovated in recent times by the family who is the actual owner.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and it was used as a hunting lodge.

It is composed of a living room with television, a large dining room, a living room with fireplace (not usable) and double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, kettle and toaster ) with raised table and stools, a bathroom with shower/bathtub with sauna and hydromassage, a large double bedroom and a service room with washer-dryer.

The villa is surrounded by a 4 hectare park completely fenced and characterized by the presence of numerous historic tree species, such as lime trees, holm oaks, cedars of Lebanon, pines, magnolias, palms, olive trees and cypresses. It is crossed by various pedestrian paths dating back to the time of construction and which are still practicable today. Of particular value and charm is the one at the top, which leads from the villa to the belvedere passing under the vault created by the branches of the centuries-old holm oaks.
