Marie & Noé welcome you to an authentic, characterful 19th-century stable, meticulously restored according to traditional methods. Nestled in a peaceful setting on a historic estate, it also features a centuries-old mill built by Cluniac monks in the 11th century (currently being restored). Adjoining the stable is a charming, independent gypsy caravan on the garden side. Enjoy complete tranquility in the heart of the unspoiled Charolais countryside (partially protected as a Natura 2000 & ZNIEFF area for its rich flora and fauna). Tucked away in a cul-de-sac on the edge of a small residential hamlet, bordering wooded meadows that are home to the famous Charolais cattle and horses (seasonally). Exceptional 1-hectare property, largely "natural" (featuring a small private forest crisscrossed by paths), bordered by a bucolic river teeming with fish (beaches accessible with a rowboat available), a truly intimate private natural haven and a veritable "adventure and play area" for children.
