Things to Note: Home is located in a quiet family neighborhood at the end of the street with Lots of street parking. Like most of Waco, this neighborhood is a mixture of old and new homes. There are quite a few older homes, some rundown, some needing some TLC, but it is fun to drive around and see all the potential "Fixer Uppers" that Chip and Joanna might hit up next.

Quiet house

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It is next to a cemetery, so if you don’t mind that, you will love it. We found it very spacious, comfortable and clean. Had a small hiccup with the dryer and a cabinet knob, but nothing that would ruin our stay. Very close to BU & HEB as well. I would recommend it.

The house is precious. Decorations are nice and updated. The home & kitchen is stocked better than any other home we have rented. The AC was working great !! The beds & linens were so nice and comfortable. The outdoor patio was.so cute & comfortable. Typical definitely get your moneys worth ty

This is an amazing property. It's really cute and homey feeling. Easy access to highways and close to the main things in Waco. We were surprised about the neighborhood but never really felt unsafe.neighbor

Birthday Getaway

Nice stay in Waco

Had a nice stay at the Country Cutie. Everything was as advertised on the VRBO listing. The only problem was very minor, the handle on the silverware drawer was not attached. Otherwise it was great.

Diamond in the Rough

The home and hosts were absolutely amazing. There was every accommodation imaginable provided from a coffee and popcorn bar to individual robes and blankets provided for each guest. Everything about the home itself was 5 star. However, to give our stay an honest review, I feel that I must mention the neighborhood, so future guests are not caught off guard like we were. The neighborhood was not at all what we were expecting. Yes, it was close to everything we wanted to do, but we were expecting a home outside of town as it is called the “Country Cutie at Magnolia”. Instead it was in a neighborhood and not one we felt comfortable in. We came to Waco for a girls trip and had our 6 and 9 month old babies with us, but did not feel safe because of the surrounding environment. I hate giving a negative review because like I said, the home and hosts were great, but I wish we would have known more about the neighborhood because we would have chosen not to stay there as a group of 3 women with young babies.

Perfect for Short Stay in Waco

The house is great for your visit to Magnolia Farms and the Silos. It's equipped with everything you'd expect and more. It's certainly one of the nicer homes on the street, but we didn't have any issues with the neighborhood.

Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter Trip to Magnolia

We enjoyed our stay in the Country Cutie during our quick trip to Magnolia. Check-in / check-out were very easy. It's a lovely home and is well-stocked with just about everything one would need. Karen is a great host and communications with her were answered promptly. Thank you, Karen!
