Waikoloa is a very walkable area. Queen's Marketplace is just across the street and includes a movie theater, grocery store, Starbucks, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Even more shopping and dining options, including A-Bay's grill with the ice bar, are found at the King's Shops just another block away. You'll want to spend at least one sunset at Lava Lava Beach Club where you can drink and dine in the open-air bar or at one of the many tables right on the beach. Just a mile away, you can swim with dolphins at Dolphin Quest, or get a different perspective of the entire island on a Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour less than a mile and a half off the highway.

Waikoloa Beach condos is definitely a little slice of paradise in a perfect location, right across the street from a great shopping center with restaurants and close to many attractions. This specific unit was clean and comfortable. The property management company was available and communicative. The only suggestions we had were to upgrade to a smart TV where we could stream our own services. The dishwasher may also need a little work. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay!

Wonderful vacation stay in lovely Hawaiian condo

The condo was lovely. It had pretty Hawaiian decor. It had a classy feel. The location was perfect! It was close to King & Queen shops, A-Bay beach - all walking distance. Then a short 10 minute drive to Hapuna beach my favorite.

Perfect place, location and facilities. Grocery, bar and Starbucks right next door, very nice condo on the golf course super comfortable beds and furniture. All Rooms have a tv. Washer and dryer dishwasher. big bonus, bbq on your own private deck.

This property is in a great location —- walkable to beach and shopping. Kitchen essentials provided as well as beach towels and umbrella. Ice chests as well. Not much in the way of beach toys though… if you have young ones you’ll probably want to pick something up at the ABC store. All in all, a good stay…… we’ve stayed at other rentals in this complex before that were nicer. A few adjustments to this property would make it great. Clean the carpets (they’re very dirty and stained). Update couches. New sheets. And provide beach toys (volleyball, football, floaties, etc). A nice addition to the kitchen would be adding a small container of salt, pepper and olive oil. More laundry detergent pods too —- 2 pods for a family of 5over 10 days won’t do.

Perfect location for our big island vacation!

We loved everything about this property and location! We are a a family of 5 and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We especially appreciated the large selection of beach supplies including chairs, snorkel gear and toys! The beach club was a favorite hangout for us as well several times! We will definitely look to book this place again when we return! Thanks, also, to John for being so attentive with our questions!

We had a brilliant (albeit too short) stay at this lovely home in Waikoloa. A vast master bedroom and a well-sized second bedroom had us finishing our trip in style.

Beautiful condo

Nice, quiet location and about 1/2 hour from either Kona or Waimea, but walking to shopping and dining. We were thankful that it was a short drive to a beach with free parking and my teenager also appreciated the body board.
