My home is located on lovely Ma’alaea Bay, wintertime sanctuary to many humpback whales and their calves. A favorite pastime of residents is reclining on a lounger watching the antics of our oceanic friends.
Just to the west of us is Ma’alaea Marina, home to many yachts and touring boats and the Ma’alaea Village shops. Off to the east is the long sandy span of Sugar Beach, perfect for early morning beach walking. Several good eateries are located within walking distance including one of Maui’s top award winning seafood restaurants, The Waterfront.
The Waterfront is one of Maui’s top award-winning seafood restaurants. The renowned Maui Ocean Center aquarium is only steps away. All in all, this central location is within easy reach of the sights and attractions of Maui.
My condo at the Ma’alaea Kai is an oceanfront walkout. Newly renovated, it embraces the ambiance of the islands with the luxury and comfort of a perfect vacation getaway. Both pool and grilling area are only steps from the lanai against the backdrop of the ocean views and the sounds of the waves and the breezes in the palm trees.
