Welcome to your ultimate family vacation spot, a spacious lake house with 2 bedrooms on the main floor with stunning lake views, a loft with two double beds and a twin. Perfect for large families and your pet, our home offers:
First Floor: 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and a pack n' play for toddlers with a full bath. Both bedrooms have stunning lake views!
Large open kitchen and large cozy living room with gas fired wood stove; plenty of space to entertain the whole family!
Second Floor loft: 2 double beds, 1 twin bed and a half bath.
Basement: although unfinished, it’s nice and clean with plenty of games like a full sized pool table, ping pong, foosball table, and life size games! Nice couch and coffee table to hang out with a 55” smart TV.
Outdoor Paradise:
500 feet of lakeside frontage! Large sandy beach on Belleau Lake with over 200 feet of waterfront: Steps away with lounge chairs, a fire pit, a dock, and kayaks. The large private driveway separates our home from the beach with plenty of space for basketball, kickball games, volleyball and more as well as tetherball set up in the yard! You’ll have access to our privately owned beach, located directly in front of the property. While a handful of neighbors also hold deeded access, this stretch of shoreline is not open to the public — meaning you’ll enjoy a peaceful, uncrowded spot to relax by the water. On the other side of the house, there is over 300 feet of waterfrontage on Woodman Lake; a fishermans, kayakers or wildlife enthusiasts paradise! Belleau lake is known for it's small and large mouth bass! Get your fishing license and bait 5 minutes away at the Country Goods Store. Corridor 19 runs right past our property so if you plan on bringing your Snowmobile or hiking with the family and dog, it’s the perfect spot with plenty of parking; taking off right from the property! Be on the lookout for "Big Foot"!
We keep 3 adult kayaks, 1 kids kayak, and a stand up board on the beach for guests use as well as a canoe, sun loungers and chairs on the beach. Soon coming: Lilly pad for the “kids” to play on! Life jackets, paddles, and basketball for the basketball hoop in front of the house are kept in the smaller shed to the right of the house among other games; ladderball, sand toys, soccer ball, football and more. We also have a tetherball game set up in the yard.
If golf is your game, Province Lake Golf Course is just 5 minutes from the home.
Winter Activities:
Cozy up by the gas woodstove after skiing, ice skating, ice fishing, sledding, or snowmobiling.
Play ping pong, foosball, or board games.
Corridor 19 runs right past our property with hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, snowmobiling or just walking the dog!
Make home cooked meals in the spacious kitchen or eat at some fantastic restaurants just a couple minutes drive from the house (our favs are Knotty Pine and Blue Bay Seafood and Steak; both 5 minutes from the home). Pizza, ice cream, snacks, fishing licenses and other essentials like fire wood can be purchased at a resonable price 5 minutes away at the Country Goods Store.
