We booked 2 Queen bed room. The air conditioner/heater was not working. The front desk did allow us to move to a king bed room that had a better working heat/air. The room was ok, could use a better cleaning and a new mattress. A butcher knife was on top of the garbage can, and the back entrance to the hotel wouldn't latch.

This hotel is terrible, and it is a dump. We reserved a room, and when we looked at it, it was filthy. It smelled terribly, and they were light fixtures that were not functional in the room. The hotel was not secure, and there was overflowing garbage cans outside we are requesting a refund for our payment, which was made prior to arrival.

Used to like this hotel.

When we were checking we were told our hotel room was at another hotel a mile up the road. I said no, I reserved a room here and confirmed the address. I told them I was not informed of a hotel change and that I could not stay at a different hotel because we had side by sides. So they put us in a room where we reserved one. Hot tub was out of order. The next day our door opens and it’s the housekeeper and she apologizes and says she didn’t know anyone was in the room because it was listed as out of order. There were pubic hairs on our toilet seat and the steps to go upstairs were filthy dirty. Then we discovered our tub didn’t drain properly. The breakfast was awful. Hard boiled eggs were like rubber, waffles didn’t cook all the way but were left in the pan the allotted time, the cereal was stale and the bagel my daughter had was stale. The coffee was decent. We’ve stayed here the last couple years and it had been nice. Woot stay here again.

Unacceptable.

For starters, we waited a half hour to get checked in. The guy behind the counter was very old and seemed to be struggling with checking people in. He also wasn’t very personable. Never looked up to say hi to anybody. Our room smelled moldy. Our bathroom smelled like urine. There is no coffee in the rooms, I went to the front desk to ask for some took him 20 minutes to look throughout the hotel for some, then the cleaning lady said they ordered some but it was not here yet. The hot tub was not in service that was not mentioned online. This was something we were looking forward to after a very long bike trip. I would expect such service if this was a low budget hotel, totally unacceptable!!!!!

As I was taking a shower, something popped and the lights in the room went out. The GFI circuit popped. We were able to turn it back on but the bathroom light did not work after that. Went to the front desk but could not find anyone. Breakfast is extremely limited - 2 cereals, bread and waffles. No front desk person to be found at check out either.
