Built in 1912 and completely remodeled in 2015, the Locust Street Cottage is a sweet retreat. Locust, Close to Town & Campus, Super Charming. Two Bedrooms & Two Full Bathrooms, plus a downstairs den with a TV. The private backyard is ideal for lounging and dining. The house sits on a quiet residential street easily walkable to town, Pioneer Park, and Whitman College campus.

Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
House Rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

A very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the night lights. Guests just need to know the en suite bathroom is in the queen bed bedroom and the other bathroom was small and through the kitchen. It was great for just us but I would have wanted that clarified if we had two couples staying. Loved our stay and would stay there again!

well organized communication and quality refinishing. Loved that it is quiet and safe. All the lights outside were not my favorite as I like it dark at night. Tiny crawling ants on bathroom floor need attention. Since I booked for 3 people thought sofa bed should have been made up. Otherwise the little house was great and comfortable

We had a lovely stay here for the annual Walla Walla Movie Crush. Our family really appreciated how well-stocked it was for guests. It definitely felt like a home away from home! Everything was just as described, and we loved being in such a convenient location. Christmas visit

The house is adorable and very clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Its perfect for families or a couple. The downside is that the bedrooms have a connecting door so there isn't any sound barrier. But it worked well for our needs.

Wonderful property in a great location!

This was our second stay at the Locust Street Cottage and it was just as amazing as the first time. The cottage is very comfortable, clean, and is filled with natural light and artistic touches. It has a very well-stocked kitchen so you can enjoy meals in the airy dining room. Beds are very comfortable, the location is quiet and peaceful. You won't be disappointed!

We met up with some friends in Walla Walla for a winery event and this was a lovely place to stay! The house was well stocked with amenities, clean, and is quite charming. We were comfortable and enjoyed a place to come back and rest. We would absolutely stay here again!
