This custom tiny house was meticulously crafted by hand. Located in the quiet hilly seaside neighborhood of Laurel Park in Warren, Rhode Island, you’ll enjoy picturesque views of the Kickemuit River.

Entire place is air conditioned and heated.

Main floor has a kitchenette, full bathroom, dressing room, couch, loveseat, Roku TV, and folding table and chairs for optional dining space.

The kitchenette has a sink, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, portable induction cooktop, and all of the utensils, dishes, and cookware you will need for your stay.

Full bathroom has a shower, toilet, and small sink. All linens and towels provided for your stay. Additional dressing room allows for a private space to get ready to explore the town.

Upstairs in the sleeping loft you’ll find a Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds and an additional Twin rollaway trundle bed. We can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The East Bay Bike Path cuts right through Warren - Bring your bikes!! 2 Kayaks available for guests.

Small/Medium sized pets only. 1 pet maximum per stay. Pet fee required.

Tiny home is on our property, but it is private and secluded from the main house. This rental does not include access to any outdoor space other than the driveway.

Self check in/out - you shouldn’t expect to encounter anyone else during your stay. I am available 24/7 via phone email and text during your stay. We live next door, so I can help with any issues that arise.
