The Neighborhood:

This stylish and high standard studio is a part of a new residential estate SOHO on Żupnicza street in the South Praga district. The building was designed on a C-plan with service premises on the ground floor, and the entrance leads through a representative lobby with a reception desk.

The concept of the investment transforms the estate into the vibrant center of the district.
