Hotel was very convenient for the castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic but well set up for families. The towels and bedding were stained and were of low standard.

Lovely basic hotel set in convenient and beautiful surroundings perfect for a visit to warwick castle. The staff were freindly and efficient. Lovely to sit out on a sunny evening watching enjoy x drink whild the children play watching great knight entertainment. My only criticism would be ordering food is very higgledy piggledy and expensive. Breakfast included in price was great

Lovely few days break, pleasant and peaceful. Good sized family room which was castle themed appropriately everything you need for a short break and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Check in went smoothly. The bathroom was dirty and had to ask the staff to clean it as it needed a scrub to clean it. This was unpleasant as my son stepped on it unknowing what it was.. Staff dealt it quickly.

Amazing family friendly hotel. Lots of features that you usually wouldn't think about, like a built in toddler seat on the toilet and finger protectors on the door hinges, that just make so much sense. Staff were all very friendly too.

Great hotel, very family oriented and my kids enjoyed it thoroughly. On premise car charging availability was good too, just be careful of the 87p per hour fee after the car has charged

Knights village Warwick

If you are thinking of going to Warwick castle with children stay overnight ( if you can afford it ) at the knights village. Our grandson (5) loved it and the castle visit next day

Our tent was clean and attractive, with good linen, a bit hot when we arrived but a comfortable temperature overnight, nowhere to hang anything and towels not included but that didn't affect our sheer enjoyment

If you have a young family then this hotel is an ideal place to stay when visiting Warwick castle. The whole hotel feels new and clean with an impressive motorised knight and horse in the entrance, the rooms are clean and comfortable with some fun medieval themed decorations. Activities are scheduled for after the castle closes including meeting a knight, training with the knights and a bedtime story that keeps the kids engaged throughout. There's also a small play area which is always a benefit. The food is very much quantity over quality especially with the buffet dinner and breakfast (the juices are best left alone), however you shouldn't come to stay in a place like this for the food
