This home is serviced by a local Concierge team on island. We are there when you need us and take a step back when you don’t! There are longterm occupants upstairs that would be happy to show you around the island on land and sea when available.
You have access to the entire lower outdoor level.

Enter the home through the lower level of a family home to an open plan kitchen with modern appliances and dining room suitable for the entire family.
The living room has comfortable couch seating for viewing and lounging. Sign into your personal streaming accounts on the large flat-screen smart TV.
One full bathroom is located just off of the living room.
The first guest bedroom features a queen bed. There enough bedroom storage and a walk in closet to accommodate all your belongings. For your convenience this room also features an en suite bathroom.
Retreat up the stairs to the very spacious newly renovated second guest bedroom perfect for privacy and peaceful neighborhood views.
Outside offers tranquil garden settings perfect for evening lounging, BBQing and suntanning. Theres a small vegetable garden you are welcomed to harvest when things are ripe.
The upstairs occupants have a dog however the dog remains gated and you will be protected.
