It was my worst experience in my entire life, I went with my family and we couldn’t sleep the whole night, the people who were in the other room, they were smoking and the smell of the weed it where in my room. The music that they were putting it was to loud, they also was trying to get in our room by forcing the door to open and to many noise, the experience was horrible.

Before I left out of my room in the morning I stopped by the front desk an had requested room service , only for new linen..The young man who was working said he would have that taken care of . I returned to the room hours later and I still didn’t have new linen. I did see a worker in the hallway who assisted me and that was fine. Overall the young man at the front was great and also the rest of the working staff. I will definitely return for future stays with out a doubt . Thank you

I arrived to check in and the on-site manager told me they actually had no availability and they don't know why I was able to book on Expedia. I showed them how Expedia and a lot of other booking sites showed rooms available... that this isn't Expedia's fault, but theirs. I also asked why they didn't let me know before I arrived. No good answers or accountability.

Im sorry to inform you, but my stay was not the best. I booked a two bed and was given a one bedroom. So I paid for a something I didn't get. As well as my card was charged twice for the holding fee. And the t.v in my room was not working correctly
