Exceptional staff...WOW

The Front Desk staff was incredible. They went above and beyond in helping us feel welcome and decreased our stress level "in the city" We were ready to leave and they tried to help us in every way manage the parking, the carts, the multiple elevators. They were priceless. The breakfast staff was also 100% welcoming and helpful complete with smiles and extra care.

I stay with my kids for one night and I booked a room for five people two adults three kids the room description two queen, bed, one sofa bed. The queen beds are small only for one adult the sofa bed was uncomfortable and dirty. Looks like it was never cleaned up.

Good location for travelers and tourists in DC area since the Metro station is only 100 feet away. Parking is easy under the hotel garage. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet and save too.

Good overall

Overall a good experience. No ventilation in the bathroom made showering really stuffy. Pool and hot tub were closed when we were there so the kids were upset. Breakfast was great.
